ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURE
If a request for accessible information or complaint has been rejected, if you disagree with the decision made, or if the response does not meet the requirements set out in Article 12.5, the interested person may file a claim. A claim may also be filed if no response is received within twenty business days.
The claim may be submitted through the General Request Form of the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as through other options provided in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Claims will be received and processed by the Subdirectorate General for Service Inspection of the Ministry.
